Born and raised in Walnut Creek, I graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I fell in love with outpatient physical therapy back in high school after tearing my rotator cuff. Through my 6 months in rehab, I felt truly cared for by the support staff and left inspired by the knowledge of the therapists and how profound an impact it’d had on me. From that point onwards, I developed a passion for the health care profession and helping others.
As a physical therapist, I take an evidence-based approach to my practice and am always trying expand my knowledge in the field. In the near future I plan on becoming an Orthopedic Certified Specialist to further help people with their injuries.
My mission as a Physical Therapist is to allow others to recover from chronic pain and return from injury so they can live their best lives.

I am a Bay Area native and graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Exercise Biology. Then, I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific. I have experience in a broad range of treatments and modalities, working in private outpatient orthopedic clinics. Some of my favorite aspects of being a physical therapist are the one-on-one interaction with patients and guiding them as they progress through their treatment. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to concerts and sporting events, hiking, and cooking.

In middle school, my brother broke his leg while we were messing around in the back yard. My mom said that since I was partially to blame for his injury, then I was to be his main caretaker at home. Naturally, it started with “get me this and that, get me ice cream, etc.”, but eventually, I was helping him with his crutches and then his leg and balance exercises. I felt a sense of pride with my brother’s full recovery and decided to pursue P.T. professionally. After earning a B.S. in Biology, I studied at Boston University where I earned my MSPT in Physical Therapy.
I worked at and eventually managed an outpatient P.T. clinic in Vallejo, CA for ten years, then spent 7 plus years at a post-acute rehab center in Danville, CA where I gained experience in treating patients with strokes, amputations, total hip and knee replacements, fractures from falls and a host of other diagnoses.
Outside of work, I fancy myself as an amateur entomologist and have an extensive butterfly collection. As for my brother – he owns an ice cream shop in L.A.
Throughout my life I have always been athletic. I was a dancer for over 10 years, loved playing sports and being active. The moment I realized I wanted to have a career in physical therapy, was when I witnessed a home-health physical therapist work with my niece. At the time, it looked as if they were just playing, but little did I know it was so much more. As her visits progressed, she continued to get stronger and her mobility improved. Thus, my interest in physical therapy began. I attended Carrington College graduating with a degree in Physical Therapy Assisting. I love helping others and feel great happiness knowing I was a part of their rehabilitation process. I’m so happy to have found a career where I can make a difference in someone’s life.
During my free time, I love traveling and spending time with my friends and loved ones. I love exercising, going to the beach, and being outdoors!

I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017 from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. I am an advocate of individualized rehabilitation and exercise programs catered to each patient based on their level of function, goals, and values. I try my best to ensure a comfortable environment the patient can rehabilitate and heal in both physically and mentally. Clinical decisions I make involve the patient’s goals and values, evidence-based intervention, and my experience as a Physical Therapist. I have experience with but am not limited to the following specialized interventions: Myofascial Decompression (cupping), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Blood Flow Restriction training. I have experience in manual therapy of the extremities as well as the spine and trunk and include a hands-on approach with most of my patients. I believe in a combination of hands-on and active intervention with the ultimate goal of functional independence. On my time off from work I like to go to the gym, hike, watch series/movies/sports, play video games, and discover delicious food spots.

Hey! I’m Ishani. I received my Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from India and later received my DPT from Loma Linda University in California. My training and clinical experience has included working in several different settings such as outpatient orthopedics, in-patient acute and post-acute care, neurological rehabilitation and cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation. After working in these various settings I have found outpatient orthopedics to be an area of my prime interest.

I firmly believe that along with providing exceptional skilled physical therapy, values such as kindness, patience and holding unconditional positive regard toward patients is necessary for patient care. I strive to empower my patients/caregivers with lucid translation of my medical knowledge. It is important for me that my patients are able to understand their pain and purpose of physical therapy and therefore have complete control of their care. I try to approach my patients holistically and emphasize the importance of building small habits that will put them in the right direction toward their health. I have extensive experience in dealing with orthopedic post-operative conditions, overuse/repetitive strain injuries, chronic pain, postural dysfunctions, incorrect gait, work-related injuries and traumatic injuries. I am fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi. In my personal time I enjoy travelling, taking my dog on hikes, meditating, practicing yoga and painting.

PT
Hey! I am Pamela. I am a postgraduate from India with experience in both acute care and outpatient.
Having worked in both the settings, I have an amazing exposure to wide variety of conditions. Having
bagged the experience, I moved to the States and full filled my dream of being PT which I must say was
taxing.
I am sensitive to the word “suffering” which led me to choose this path to make a difference in people’s life. I am diligent and patient with my patients at the same time very stubborn in setting goals and pushing my patients to achieve them. I always tell this to my patients “Exercise is the crux of your rehab”.
Apart from being a clinician, teaching and learning has always been my passion therefore I tutor
students at “Final frontier” to help achieve their dream of being a PT in the USA
Alright, it’s time to know what your PT does for fun. I love music and so I sing and play my beautiful
piano. Besides I also love my husband with whom I hike, work out and travel off roading in our Jeep.
